HELP! Infected with AV GUARD ONLINE malware

I have Malwarebytes Pro and still managed to get AV GUARD ONLINE malware. Please help

I feel I need to update you on my laptop's condition. THIS IS A VERY, VERY NASTY THING!!!!

My IT person did manage to get the virus wiped off my hard drive by making it a slave drive and running Malwarebytes from their computer. UNFORTUNATELY it had already done it's damage. It corrupted my networking, IP and Operating system configuration files so bad that they are going to have to wipe my hard drive. To say the least I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!
