It's now 6:10 a.m. here in Williamsburg Virginia (USA), and the steady rainfall and increasing winds have begun! Fortunately, being that Williamsburg is a good distance from the coastline, we are just under a Tropical Storm Watch, with top sustanined winds expected to be 50 mph (with some higher gusts).
