I quickly realized that my antivirus program expired and I downloaded a new one. During the process my computer became infected by a virus. The antivirus scan showed trojan cryptic.ctc I was about to begin trying to remove it when the computer froze. I restarted it, but since then it doesn't boot up. It freezes in the process.
