wiped hard drive now computer want boot

It sounds like it's not booting from the cd because it's not set to in the bios. Please reboot the computer and press the delete key repeatedly as soon as it starts up (before you even see anything on the screen). That should let you access the bios, if not, then do the same with the F2 key and see if that gets you there. Once you access the bios setup menu, look for a menu called boot, boot setup or boot order and make certain that it is set to boot from the cd drive first, then the hdd (hard drive).
