Do I have a virus?

Ok, so I go to a website for a customer review on a product and all of a sudden when I try to go back to a previous page, away from the site I was on, a pop-up asks me if i'm sure I wanna leave. Then when I try to leave another pop-up message comes then another all the while various ads. This was nothing new to me because this happened to me before so I immediately unplugged my computer. I later tried to turn it on and it was reeeeally slow coming on. My virus protection was disabled and Malwarebytes couldn't detect anything. I'm currently scanning now with Malwarebytes and still nothing. Oddly enough, when I checked back on my virus protection (symantic) it looked like the initial problem, which didn't allow it to update, was just fine. Computer is still slow so im not convinced its gone. Any ideas on how to handle this?

The above is what i posted yesterday in the wrong forum. To update you on my situation basically my computer is no longer slow, but when i restart my computer it's slow coming on and makes weird noises in my cd-rom drive. Is the virus gone and was all of this just a result of me unplugging my computer? Sorry for the loong message. Thanks

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
