AntiVirusKit 2006 of Gata,false positif ?

please,i need your point of view about this detection

C:\Program Files\AntiVirusKit 2006\avkcom.exe (Rogue.Antivirus2008) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

i think it's a part of Gdata security suite "AntiVirusKit 2006",but Malwarebytes show it like a "rogue".

OK , the current update has some stuff reworked and should miss this FP while retaining detection of the rogue we are actually after .
