Infection Causing 75-90% physical memory used

My computer has always had a somewhat long boot time (around 5 minutes). I was recently trying to fix this issue by messing with MSCONFIG and turning off certain start up programs. Not only did doing this NOT help me, but now my computer is running incredibly sluggish. Programs take much longer to open, physical memory is around 75-90%, I have huge amounts of lag when trying to play world of warcraft (where I've previously had none), and I have a ton of processes (75+) running including multiple SCVHOST's that I dont remember having before. Physical Memory is constantly around 75-90%, whereas before it would be around 40-50%. I've tried a system restore and I've also tried to restore my MSCONFIG configuration, yet nothing is helping. I've run malwarebytes and it turned up nothing for viruses... there must be something else going on. Could this be the early signs of a harddrive failing? Please help! The only other thing I can think of is to reinstall Vista.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.

Post the name of the process taking up so much RAM.
