Malware blocking files from running and many other things

Hi,

My laptop is horrendously infected. Sometimes I can hear advertising playing in the background, there are several fake security programs including Windows Repair installed and I'm now being prevented from running .exe files, so I can't open the internet or run anything. Previously, I was unable to run Malwarebytes even when I downloaded it with a different name so I used Super Anti Spyware when I was able to run things (which was just after the malware started today). It seems to have gotten worse, and I'm unsure what I can do to show you any issues because I don't seem to be able to run things.

Anyway, I'm sorry if I haven't provided enough info, but I hope there's enough of a description to start.
