I have installed this on over 150 systems and I do see a varying degree of memory usage but never this high.System is WinXP Pro with 2 gig of ram 2ghz processor running Avast (I did the tweaks already) and have all the non essential service turned off.I have been working on this for a few days now and it never goes below mbamservice.exe = 96248K mbamgui.exe = 24248K this is with nothing open. When opening IE it doesn't go up much but is using 2x as much memory as IE and is bogging the system way down. The computer is up to date on all updates and has been cleaned of all infection. My Win7 system only uses 44732K/800K with Firefox having 20tabs open using 930530K so there has to be something going on.I have uninstalled and used the cleaner then reinstalled.Any help or suggestion would be much appreciated.
