nothing else happened and the problem solved only when i uninstall oa but security programs must be compatible

special the three pillars of protection antivirus + antimarwal + firewall

mbam worked good with more than 25 security programs that i have tried it but that error happened with ao

i can change oa and use another programe but the error shoud be resolve and i hop that.

thanks too much

Please do the following, hopefully it will provide insight into why the detection occurs:

Create a Process Monitor Log:

  • Create a new folder on your desktop called Logs
  • Please download Process Monitor from here and save it to your desktop
  • Double-click on Procmon.exe to run it
  • In Process Monitor, click on File at the top and select Backing Files...
  • Click the circle to the left of Use file named: and click the ... button
  • Browse to the Logs folder you just created and type MBAM Log in the File name: box and click Save
  • Exit Process Monitor and open it again so that it starts creating the logs
  • Replicate the detection by downloading Flash Player again
  • Close Process Monitor
  • Right-click on the Logs folder on your desktop and hover your mouse over Send To and select Compressed (zipped) Folder
  • Please attach the Logs.zip file you just created to your next reply

Thanks :)

Thanks :)

but i who thank you and i will do that if you asked after you read this:

the problem was with idm i found some files was allowed but not trusted at oa so it cause the error.

i tried it because of the browser was downloaded without problems so the error at idm

but the question is why this error happened with mbam and oa it must to be compatible together and with other protection programs?

this files must to be allowed and trusted at ao (not just allowed or just trusted i tried)

C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager\IDMan.exe

C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager\IDMIECC.dll

C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager\idmfsa.dll

thanks dear exile but i will still waiting your replay

thanks tooooooo much i will wait.

It looks like it's just the combination of software causing this for some reason. Normally Malwarebytes only detects items when they attempt to execute, but for some reason Online Armor is analyzing the files in such a way that they are being mapped to memory, even before the download is complete, which is triggering a detection in Malwarebytes because before the download is done, the parts of the file must actually look like an infection in our database.

Given this scenario, excluding IDM as you did would be the only solution.
