win 7 antivirus -rogue security - help infected

Hi,

Please HELP!! We purchased a new laptop 1 month ago and thought the anti-virus was loaded when we got it. Unfortunately, it was not and now we have this nasty malware. We did try to load the anti-virus kapersky after we got the virus, but it still did not help. We are not able to even log onto the internet. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
