We need help please!!!! We bought a laptop 3 weeks ago from Best Buy and was under the impression it came with anti virus protection. Unfortunately, we realized after we got this malware that it was not loaded. We tried to load it after the fact, but it has not helped with anything. We are not able to got on the internet at all. Can someone please help us!! Thank you in advance.

Hi, Please HELP!! We purchased a new laptop 1 month ago and thought the anti-virus was loaded when we got it. Unfortunately, it was not and now we have this nasty malware. We did try to load the anti-virus kapersky after we got the virus, but it still did not help. We are not able to even log onto the internet. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
