Updating error code message

I recently purchased your Full Version (my cleverbridge reference number: XXXXXXXX). When I click on my Malwarebytes icon to enable it, I get a message box stating "database is outdated by 55 days. Do you want to update not?" I click OK, and the update begins. I then get an error box message "PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (5,0,CreateFile) Access is denied"

Please advise what if anything I'm doing wrong

Hello and

This is probably due to the fact that you are probably updating as a limited user on the computer. Log-in as an Administrator and then update, or you can right click on the Malwarebytes Icon and then choose run as Administrator, then update.
