bestdailyporn hijack

I saw another Thread on this, but it said to start a new topic on it for my specific situation.

"bestdailyporn" redirects from Google every time I try to connect with google.com, and/or do a search in Google.

And an associated site that rudely pops up is hxxp://www.speedapps.com/TFMedium.htm - Microsoft Internet Explorer

If you guys could help, I'd sure appreciate it.
