Starting out with Malwarebytes

Hi all! HELLO!

I'm new to this forum. I just upgraded to the full Malwarebytes yesterday. I booted up my pc today and I got a Program_error_load_database problem. I've sent it to support for help.

When I purchased the full software I also bought a backup CD as well. Was this really necessary? Could you not just download the limited version and input your ID and KEY?

I was using the limited version anyway. All I done was input my ID and KEY into the registration details box. Was this okay?

Support sent me an error load database bat.bat. file to run within minutes and Malwarebytes is back up running.

Glad to hear you got it working again, and nice to hear support responded to you really quickly.....

To answer your other question, no the backup CD is really not necessary like you stated, you can just download the free version, install it and then enter your ID and Key and it becomes the full version.

Now that you have the full (PRO) version do not forget to set your update scheduler and scans...
