I ran one last night and today and a trojan was detected I ran the removal and restarted my computer but it is still showing up as Files Infected:C:\Users\burney\AppData\Local\Temp\low\COUPON~1.DLL (Trojan.BHO.H) -> Quarantined and deleted successfullwhat do I do now help pleasebstar Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
negster22 Posted January 11, 2011 ID:372472 Share Posted January 11, 2011 Hi bstar,That file is located in your temp folder and everything in there can be cleaned out as follows:Download TFC to your desktophttp://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/TFC.exe Close any open windows.Double click the TFC icon to run the programTFC will close all open programs itself in order to run,Click the Start button to begin the process.Allow TFC to run uninterrupted.The program should not take long to finish it's jobOnce its finished it should automatically reboot your machine,if it doesn't, manually reboot to ensure a complete cleanIt's normal after running TFC cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time.Please follow the directions in this topic and copy/paste (do NOT attach) the requested logs into your next reply, so I can analyze your system for malware:.I'm infected - What do I do now?
