I think I have a Keylogger

I downloaded this thing on a website and then after i read a few pages read that it contained a Keylogger. I deleted the file and scanned my computer (I use Avira AntiVir) and in the first 10 minutes it came up with two detections and a warning (the warning is always their though). I then stopped the scan and repaired those two detections and restarted the scan. Then I didn't find anymore after that.

So, my question is, How do I know if it got rid of the keylogger? And also should I run another program that is free too. And if so what program should I use?

Well, now I am scanning with Malwarebytes and it has found 4 detections in 20 minutes.

There was two Malware.trace and two backdoor spy's. are either of those keyloggers?
