I also received what I take to be a false positive on wuaueng.dll when I did a full scan.

My details are pretty much identical to the original poster except that I have database version 5435.

I normally only do a quick scan; I haven't seen this before. I chose to ignore it. McAfee and Spybot both pass the file as clean. I don't think I need any intervention on this, but I thought you ought to know.
