Corporate Update, Not automatic?

It seems like people receive the download for the new version, but it doesn't install itself automatically. This is something we ran into from 1.45 to 1.46 and was something that was going to be fixed moving forward. Is there something I'm missing? Will it install automatically because it doesn't seem like it's doing that.

I wrote to corporate, but the question remains the same, will this automatically update without opening MB or does each user have to open it? If so, we have to walk around to 130+ machines.
