MalwareBytes and HijackThis Dont Run

[A Sweet]

I have a antivirus virus. I rebooted in Safe Mode and downloaded MalwareBytes. It starts, runs for 3 seconds then stops. I uninstalled it and renamed the .exe file and still have the same problem. I downloaded HihackThis and it too runs for 3 seconds and stops. What can I do next to remove this malware virus?

Here is an update...I performed a system restore and much to my surprise it worked and I am able to work on the computer. I downloaded and ran Malwarebytes and it found 1 issue which was deleted. I am not sure that the virus is completely gone. What should I do to completely remove this threat?

Please download DDS and save it to your desktop.

• Disable any script blocking protection.
  
• Double click dds.com to run the tool..
  
• When done, DDS will open two logs (DDS.txt and Attach.txt).
  
• Save both reports to your desktop.

• Double-click on RKUnhookerLE to run it
  
• Click the Report tab, then click Scan
  
• Check Drivers, Stealth Code and uncheck the rest
  
• Click OK
  
• Wait until it's finished and then go to File > Save Report
  
• Save the report to your Desktop
  

Copy the entire contents of the report and paste it in a reply here.

Note - you may get this warning it is ok, just ignore: "Rootkit Unhooker has detected a parasite inside itself!

• Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
  
• As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.
  
• Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.
  

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:
