trojan cant remove need help ?

hi i have windows 7 ive updated and run malware bytes i keep getting this anoyyying threat detected i try and remove the infection reboot run cc cleaner come back scan again only to see this folowwing message when i scan with malware bytes it says. troajn.startpa c:/program files /Awil Software/Avast5/chro please can some 1 tell me what this is. i try deleting it and the logs files the lot but as i say i reboot scan again and it still detects it. please can some 1 help me here thx. oh 1st off i thought it was because i had google chrome but thats not even on my system i use mozilla firefox as my browser.
