CLB driver infection

Recommended Posts

This is my first time posting so I hope I don't mess it up too bad. Anyway I must have a malware infection, the first indication was that I couldn't access my email then my security software would not work and I can't access my security websites. I tried to install MBAM but it will not run, I have read the article on MBAM won't install or will not run and did the rootrepeal file scan. I have attached the report because I can't seem to find the TDL2 driver so that I can wipe it out and I don't want to start wiping out the wrong file.

I hope that I have attached the file correctly with the needed info. This thing has been driving me nuts for days now and neither Dell or Microsoft has been any help so far, when they try to take remote control of my computer the malware must be blocking that also.
