Hi There are also programs listed in my firewall that are no longer installed on my PC. What should I do with them. I see a delete feature, but not sure if I should use that. Thanks

Try adding mbamgui.exe as well, that may fix it.

Hi friend. Thanks for your reply. I've been working on this most of the day. This is what I just now discovered. MBAM is working perfectly. The add to ignore list in the right hand corner will only become dark when MBAM actually blocks a IP address. Then you can click on that IP address and add it to the ignore list. If you do nothing the blocked IP address will disappear, and the Add to Ignore list will then turn gray until another IP is blocked. That's how mine works and I think that is how it's supposed to work. Thank you for your reply my friend!
