TrojanDownloader:Win32/Unruy.D

Hello everyone! I hope this is the right place to post, but I've somehow gotten a virus::TrojanDownloader:Win32/Unruy.D on my Dell laptop. Can anybody advise me as to how to go about getting rid of it? Windows defender and McAffee arent working and Malwarebytes and Stinger both don't keep it gone for long.
