Malwarbytes won't run

I have reinstalled malwarbytes but it has continued to not start and shows the same messages

these all begin with

"An error has occurred. Please report this error code to our support team."

These proceed this message

MBAM_ERROR_LOAD_DATABASE (3, 0) <------ this is when update is attempted when first installed.

MBAM_ERROR_EXPANDING_VARIABLES (0,9)

MBAM_ERROR_MISSING_FILE (3, 0, mbamswissarmy.sys)

I appreciate any response and I am not in any hurry though i would like to once again be able to use this anti-virus program.

I have successfully fixed the program, there seems to be no more problems
