Google Redirect Infection Fix Help Appreciated

I'm getting sporadic redirections when searching with Google. Like

www.google-analytics.com

Hi, can we please contunue this I'm having the exact same problem. I'm just getting randomly redirected to web pages via hxxp://results.googleadservices.com/

Also pages will just randomly open and take me to random sites. Ive scanned with pretty much everything and nothings been found. I have just recovered from the Antimalware Doctor virus and my machine hasnt been right since. Thanks Ant.
