PC slow, Gotomeeting freezes, slow web performance

Yesterday, I experienced issues with my Gotomeeting software freezing. I decided to run a Malwarebytes scan and one threat was found for Heuristics.malware. It was successfully removed and subsequent scans have been clean. But, I continue to have less than optimal performance on my pc. Don't want to be paranoid but thought maybe some experts would review with me to see if anything else is going on.

Should I do anything else, and do you see anything out of the ordinary?
