BOT back door

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

My apologies for the extended delay. Do you still need help?

I too am having a backdoor bot issue. I ran malwarebytes (full scan), as well as our current trend micro officescan product (manual full scan). Nether found any issues.

I then ran online bitdefender, which found the virus and the infected file, but bitdefender was unable to disinfect or remove.

Any suggestions?
