It seems like people who ask for help in the forum sometimes go ignored. I thought there was some sort of priority system implemented here, but apparently not.

If you do not receive a response in 48 hours, you can PM a moderator about this

Please do not reply to your own post asking for help unless its been more than 48 hours since you originally posted, as this can make it appear as though you are being helped and take longer for you to get help.

In general it is but often if a user has not supplied the requested information and logs then they might go without an answer.

Since most posts are also answered by voluntary helpers then they can decide if they want to help someone as well. As always though, if you've not heard back you can and should send a message to a Moderator to see if they can help find out what's going on and when you might be able to hear back on your request.
