Hi,

After doing all of the proceedures attached and successfully removing the trojan, the copy of MSOffice 2002 now thinks it is an illegal copy which it is not.

Would any of the things we did have caused this problem?

We are having trouble finding the original installation disks as we bought the program seven years ago.
