system32.dll a threat?

I am getting this system32.dll threat all times in

C:\Users\sg09\AppData\Roaming\SYSTEM32.dll (Trojan.Agent)

Is this a threat or false positive?

I am running Avast free, Fortnox Firewall, Spy-Sweeper in real time.

Got some bad reviews about system32.dll

Malwarebyte did not find anything except that. Neither Spysweeper nor Avast.

based on the location this might indeed be an infection.

Try uploading the file to VirusTotal: http://www.virustotal.com/

Then post the result back here.
