Mbam.exe does not react

Hi there,

i have the "trojan-bnk.win32.keylogger.gen" program including the "XP Internet Security 2010" on my pc.

we searched a couple of forums and found helpful answers how to install the Anti Malware. That worked out well.

But somehow the mbam.exe does not react on any clicks. Double click...nothing happends...

Renamed to mbam.com...double click...nothing happends...

Renamed to herbert.exe...double click...nothing happends...

Renamed to herbert.reg... nothing happends.

some more ideas how the start the program?
