XP Guardian returns after clean scan

I followed the steps 1-6 from this site:

I than ran a scan and Malwarebytes removed 4 infected files, however after a reboot, anytime internet explorer is launched, the XP Guardian boxes pop up again.

Any help would be appreciated.
