Please fix it, by the next update.

I too am noticing the same issue. I should have more details soon but they are .dll files in the Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\plugins directory.

Users using VLC 1.0.3 do not appear to be effected, seems to be only older versions of the program. Once I get a users machine with the issue I will post more specifics.
