Malwarebytes Anti-Malware unable to execute file

I got a few trojans and I am unable to execute file C:\program files\malwarebytes'anti-malware\mbam.exe

creasteprocess failed; code 2

the system cannot find he file specified.

It was working before I got these trojans. Can anyone please help me get this working. My computer skills are very poor so a very slow step by step process would be perfect and I do have hijackthis also if that information is important. Thank you for your help
