run-time error 372

Hi there,

My younger brother having this error Run-time error 372 on his laptop. I had install Malwarebytes on his laptop few months ago but now dont know what happend that he getting this error, and other thing is there is no startup menu bar and he cant use internet and even i tried to copy photos and stuff for reinstall windows but i cant copy anything. It doesnt work.

System. Windows XP

Your brother's laptop is infected, which I know because of the fact that that message is occurring when trying to run Malwarebytes, not to mention all of the other stuff going on.
