error 703(0,9) error 703(0,5)

hello i have been getting the error 703(0,9) & 703(0,5) errors constantly i tried all the fixes as suggested in this forum even downloading again the mbam setup also the removal tool adding exclusions in avg 9.0 i am running vista home premium on a dell inspiron 1526 4gb ram 1.9 ghz cpu it happens only after i try to update a 2nd time the first update works fine run a scan etc all goes well its when i update say the next day i also tried updating malwarebytes by disabling avg resident shield with and w/o the exclusions but to no avail let me know if someone has a different solution as i do like this prog. thanks
