Rootkit.MBR infection?

Recommended Posts

Desktop restarted itself earlier today and when it loaded back up, everything was running slow. I eventually got MBAM to run in safe mode and it found two Rootkit.MBR files. I removed them and restarted. Same problem came up after restart. I tried running MBAM again, but got BSOD.

I'm currently in safe mode under the Admin account and able to use IE.

I read another post on Rootkit.MBR and it sounded exactly like my situation. What is my next step? Should I be looking at getting ComboFix? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
