spambot problems

Having some problems here that I have been working on trying to fix for the last 12 hours straight. Finally decided that this was best put before those far more capable and knowledgeable than myself. . .

This morning NETSH popped up and locked my computer for a few seconds.

Afterwords AVAST email scanner started popping up with suspicious message warnings - constantly.

From this I can tell that service.exe is being used to send out the emails.

I have ran AVAST, superantispyware, windows defender, and Malwarebytes.

Avast picks up c:\windows\system32\drivers\dpzhpzub.sys and says I need to restart to do a memory scan. Nothing comes from the memory scan and even though I told Avast to delete the file, its there upon booting each time.

When Avast picks this up as "Suspicious File Found!" using a heuristic method, once I click delete, the message warnings begin. The emails that are being sent are all spam . . . something about Viagra being 80% off. The addresses they are being sent to are either randomly generated or otherwise mined from sources other than my address book or list of contacts.

Malwarebytes could not delete the following:

windows\system32\lxccgcur.dll

windows\system32\drivers\dpzhpzub.sys

start menu\programs\startup\siszyd32.exe

I have tried several methods of manually deleting the .sys file in question. Each method comes up with a different error message. I have tried killing explorer.exe, deleting in safe mode, deleting from command prompt, etc. . . Like I said, each method has a different error. When I attempt to delete upon next boot I get "A Device Attached to the Computer is not Functioning" message.

You do not state why malwarebytes would not delete the items you mentioned - Did you ask it to (Remove selected) -

yes i did ask it to. It removed a total of 14 items but those three it said it could not remove.
