Computer Crashes Almost Instantly (Factory Refresh Time)

My computer crashes almost instantly when I switch it on. I have managed to run the quick scan using Malware bytes. I am planning to do a factory refresh, does anyone have any suggestions.

I haven't done a factory refresh before so I am a bit anxious about this.

Try booting into Safe Mode, Press F8 just after your computer displays the BIOS information.

You may have installed software or drivers that have caused damage to your system.

Hey Justlukeyou , Saying a Computer just crashes isnt very descriptive , give us a better idea , have you logged in ? if so what programs to you knowledge are on startup ?

Ide firstly look at safe mode , by continuously Pressing F8 before the Windows XP screen and then let us know if you pc crashes whilst in safe mode , this helps us as in safe mode it loads only drivers and programs that windows requires
