Blocked Trojan? Outbound IP.

Trying to understand the following report.  It looks like it was blocking an outbound request from firefox.exe.  I did not knowingly request the IP. Internet search doesn't seem to be fruitful. Does this mean I have an issue with firefox, or what does this mean? Log attached.

Let's have the web research team look at the IP and see if it still warrants a block.

If the block is warranted, then I will move it to malware removal.

Does an outbound block imply firefox sent a request to a malware site, or I tried to access the IP thru firefox?
