Using a Single Email Address for Multiple ThreatDown Accounts?

Good afternoon!  Is it possible to use a single email address for multiple ThreatDown accounts?

The reason I ask is that I support a local small business that has had ThreatDown for several years.  I helped them create an account and used one of my addresses (email1@server1.com).  Now there is a second and totally separate business wanting me to help them with their ThreatDown setup.  Can I use email1@server1.com for both, or do I need to setup a second email2@server1.com email address in order for this to work?

I didn't know if Malwarebytes/ThreatDown had a portal that allowed multiple clients to be managed within??
