I can't login and can't get identity thefts

I am attaching the filwith the URL i get even using 3 different browsers on a PC.  When I was able to login to the identity theft site and ask for sites, it spins and spins and then tells me that there is an API failure.

Getting in touch with Malwarebytes support is a rediculous exercise.  I want to cancel my subscription to Identity Theft but can't.  There is no phone number to call, no email address to send to.  I have a subscription to Malwarebytes and I am happy with that product, but I will propbably not renew.
