Threat found in com.android.email_all_2012191906_RMX1911EU_67dbcdc6954a.apk

I've just installed and run Malwarebytes for Android and it's discovered two threats:

One in the preinstalled Email program.
One in the file com.android.email_all_2012191906_RMX1911EU_67dbcdc6954a.apk

It doesn't tell me what these threats are. I can only ignore, always allow, or delete/uninstall.

This phone is a Realme 5, running their ColorOS version of Android. This file and the email app are preinstalled.

I've connected my phone to my computer in order to find the apk file (the Malwarebytes app doesn't seem to have the option to show me the file location) and it's located at /Android/data/com.coloros.sau/files/.SAU/downloads/com.android.email

I've submitted the apk file to VirusTotal and all scans are clean (this includes a Malwarebytes scan)

Is this a false positive? How can I proceed?
