Files Recently Downloaded - Should MB Scan them?

Program needs link to find files - MB is requesting to scan. Background: I visited a site, an MB popup said files recently downloaded- should we scan them? A cool new feature.. However my problem (as is everyone else's) is:

1st) that we had no idea files were downloaded,

2nd) we have no way of finding them.

1st) Request - a link to the files so view them.

2nd Request) for MB to block the download w/a permission/deny download button/feature would be a great enhancement

Thoughts?

The scan new downloaded files feature is not in real-time.

The default is weekly, So you will not know about a file for up to a week later.

Generally in your downloads folder.
