Register Malwarebytes in the Windows Security Center

I use to disable it so I can also change some settings in Windows Defender.

I would leave it off so that Malwarebytes and Windows security(Defender) can work alongside each other to protect you.

It is highly unlikely that you need to setup exclusions for Windows Defender, however if you experience any issues, please see the following article and setup exclusions
