Help:

 I clicked on a link in an email supposedly from Social Security Administration (email and link attached in Zipped file).  I later realized the email and link were not legit.   Now, my terminal "bash" is running with this message:

"Last login: Tue Dec  5 07:44:20 on ttys000

The default interactive shell is now zsh.

To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.

I downloaded Malwarebytes but scans show clean.   

I'm worried. Please help if you can.  Thanks.
