False Positive of Ransomware?

HI MalwareBytes,

I have 2 active premium licenses with you. I am currently using a charting software for many years and just recently it was flagged by malwarebytes as ransomware. I am wondering if this is a false positive which I believe it to be. It is a reputable company and if you can please look into this and whitelist this in malwarebytes I would appreciate it. Seems to be a false positive as I went to virustotal.com and uploaded the file and it was clean. Thank you malwarebytes. Below is the log information from malwarebytes. Please advise.
