All of a sudden I am getting a false positive that is associated with PDF Technologies.

I have had this installed for many years.

Same goes for the free version of Malwarebytes.

I am unable to White List it because when I try MB does not see the Windows/Installer folder.

Not what will happen if i delete it. But will wait for any rely.

Thanks in advance

Hello,

We detect most of these password recovery tools as riskware because malware can also make use of them to steal passwords.

If you use this tool, you can ignore the detection next scan.
In order to see the hidden Installer folder, you will need to set up explorer to show hidden files/folders. (might need to also uncheck "hide protected operating system files" as well)

Once you get that set up, you'll likely want to go back and hide protected OS files and hidden files again.
