website blocked due to excessive notification requests

I have a CNAME white label portal as my client portal and it's being blocked on my client machines due to "website blocked due to excessive notification requests". Please see screenshot for details. 

Can we whitelist this?

Hello,

Site has been whitelisted.
It will take about 1/2 hour to take affect.
If blocking is still an issue, they will need to grab database updates.
Click BrowserGuard icon in extension toolbar>> 3 dots >> support >> check for database updates.
